Q:  How do I know if a product is in stock

A: Best way is to use our whatsapp service, find the product you like and whatsapp the details over to us             and we can let you know as soon as possible, number is 07985 439 574, whatsapp.

Q:  When I order products from your website, when will I get them

A:  Depending on the products and size, some large items like boilers and baths and radiators are manly            collection only, but you will receive a text message with the date and time of collection is ready.

Q: I have ordered some goods but I have not received a message

A:  The item may not be in stock at that exact time, but you should get a message from the team as soon as        possible

Q: The item in your online catalogue does not have a button to add it to my cart so I can purchase it 

A:  Items without an "Add to Cart" button means that this item is for collection only and can not be                      purchased online

​

Q: I ordered the wrong item or the wrong item has been delivered. What should I do.

A: Must things can be return, any regular selling item from stock can be return within 14 days. Any items             that have been specify ordered for you (special order) can not be return.

     We try to be as fair as possible but please understand that buying and returning waste a lot of unwanted         and unnecessary paper work and time and human resource, including extra money towards postal                 services.

Q: Do you offer delivery

A: Yes we do but please read our delivery section tab for more information. Some delivery's can be                     schedule for evenings as our store could be short staffed at moment of order. Sometimes suiting the             customer better as they arrive home

Q: Can I come to store and just buy the product

A: Most goods are located in our store and some products would have to be ordered to come to the store.       it's always best to ring first or drop a whatsapp message on 07985 439 574, to see if the item is actually in       stock at the store.

Q: I'm not a plumber or trades person, can I still buy from your store or online

A: Yes, at mkk essentials everyone is welcome, no matter the size or price everyone is part of our team and         we take every customer to heart.

Q: Can I open an account

A: We do not have accounts or give credits,  we are a straight forward no complications company and serve       the public.

Q: I'm a trade customer will I get trade prices

A: We do our very best to keep margins down, we have a price watch team, that continuously checks                   everyday prices. To be able to compete with the larger market our profits are very low.  But we are fairly         competitive and we offer information and product knowledge from our highly experienced staff.

Q: I found a product cheaper else where

A: We pride our self's on quality products, our products wras approved, gas safe approved, quality assured       etc.  We have been in business for a very long time and product experience is one of our key points.
